Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all WMP Eyewear products. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear in its original case and box to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
